Refund Policy

A non-refundable holding fee is required to secure your project slot and initiate the service process. This fee covers initial consultation, project planning, and administrative setup costs.

If you request a refund within 24 hours of your initial payment and before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The initial holding fee will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund requests made after 24 hours but before work has started will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Administrative and processing fees may apply, and refunds are not guaranteed. Any approved refunds will exclude the initial holding fee and applicable processing charges.

Once work on your project has begun, all payments are considered final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to design work, development, content creation, and any other services rendered. We invest significant time and resources into each project, and once initiated, refunds cannot be issued.

All refund requests are subject to administrative and payment processing fees. These fees cover the costs associated with payment gateway charges, administrative review, and transaction processing. The exact amount will be deducted from any approved refund.

We encourage all clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in suspension of services and may be contested with supporting documentation. We are committed to working with you to address any issues fairly and professionally.
